Benefits and Payroll Specialist

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to maintain confidential information, execute payroll processing with consistent accuracy and timeliness, and continually demonstrate professionalism.

Key Responsibilities of this Position include:

  • Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information accurate and confidential
  • Maintain payroll information by accurately collecting, calculating, reviewing, and entering data in Time Keeping system
  • Verify timecards prior to payroll processing
  • Submit bi- weekly payroll and related payments on strict deadlines
  • Process new hire information and set up accounts
  • Verify pay types, deductions, taxes and preferences are set up correctly
  • Monitor and resolve payroll issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in 401k and HSA uploads
  • Filing time off requests, missed punch reports, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
Benefits Administration
  • Administer benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and disability
  • Process, enroll, and terminate enrollments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile invoices monthly
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws
  • Support leave program administration
  • Maintain employee records and compliance with applicable laws

CDL Class A Driver

Key Responsibilities of this Position include:
· Locate material in pipe yard and warehouse for delivery
· Use a forklift to load/unload boxes, pallets and pipe onto the truck
· Deliver material between Western Washington branch locations and to our customers
· Maintain daily vehicle inspection reports and comply with all DOT requirements

Desired Candidates will have the following Strengths:
· Positive attitude
· Motivation
· Punctual
· Previous professional experience driving with class ‘A’ CDL
· Basic understanding of commercial and industrial pipe, valves and fittings

· Must currently possess and maintain a Class ‘A’ CDL license
· HS Diploma or equivalency
· Pass pre-employment drug screen
· Background Check
